Registrations must be received by TEAM in writing, by letter, fax or mail. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation of registration and directions. Unless otherwise stated, the training courses start at 09:00 and end at 16:30.

Up to 14 days before the start of the training you can cancel free of charge, up to 8 days before we charge half of the training fee, after that we charge the full fee. Training can be transferred to another person at any time. TEAM must be notified in writing of any transfer. TEAM reserves the right to cancel dates, e.g. for organizational reasons. Fees already paid will be refunded in this case.

Training fees include comprehensive TEAM training materials and are due prior to the start of training and upon receipt of invoice.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to training content and to postpone dates.

During the classroom training, participants are provided with food and drinks.

Workshops are individually tailored to the needs of the participants, so that any focus can be identified for the selected topic. Workshops can be held either at TEAM’s premises or as an in-house workshop at your company.

We will be happy to provide you with an offer upon request.

In addition to the training courses you take, you will also have the opportunity to use the free support service around the training courses via mail from TEAM for four weeks.
