General terms and conditions for training courses and workshops at TEAM
Bookings:
We need to receive your booking in writing, i.e. by letter, fax or e-mail. We will then confirm receipt of your booking and send you details of how to get to TEAM's premises. Unless otherwise stated, courses start at 9 am and finish at 5 pm.
Cancellation:
You may cancel at no further cost up to 14 days before the start of the course. Should you cancel within 8 days of the start of the course, we will charge you half the course fee, thereafter the whole fee. Course bookings can be transferred to another person at any time. However, you must inform TEAM in writing of the amendment. TEAM reserves the right to cancel specific course dates for organizational reasons. Course fees already paid will, of course, be reimbursed in this case.
Course contents:
TEAM reserves the right to make minor adjustments to course contents and to change course dates
Course fees:
EUR 400.00 per day/participant plus VAT. The fee includes extensive TEAM training documentation and - in the case of the “Oracle SQL", “Oracle PL/SQL" and “Oracle Database Administration" courses - a special reference guide. Participants are also served lunch and provided with hot and cold drinks, fruit and biscuits. Course fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice before the course begins.
Workshops:
Workshops are tailored to the individual needs of the participants so that particular points of interest can be identified concerning the topic in question. Courses are held either at TEAM's own premises or we can arrange to come to your company to conduct the course on-site. We are happy to make you an offer on request.
Support service:
In addition to the courses, you are entitled to use TEAM's free Training Support Service via e-mail for four weeks.
